Code of Conduct

Our Goal
PactPodz exists to help people do the work that matters to them. The community only functions if members show up honestly, treat each other with respect, and hold the line on what the platform is for. This Code of Conduct sets the standard for how members interact with each other and with the platform.
Applicability and Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all PactPodz spaces: pod sessions, the community feed, direct messages, The Board, and any other feature of the platform. It applies to all members at all times.
By creating an account you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform without refund.
Toward a Welcoming Environment
Members are expected to:
- Show up with honesty and follow through on commitments
- Treat other members with basic human respect regardless of background, identity, or what they are working on
- Keep feedback constructive and specific when reviewing Staked Commitments
- Respect that members are at different stages of building and running their lives
- Keep session content focused on the session format
PactPodz is not a place for unsolicited advice, criticism of other members' goals, or commentary on how someone else is running their life. The job in a session is to show up, share, and support. Not to coach people who didn't ask for coaching.
Anti-Harassment Statement
Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:
- Offensive or demeaning comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, or any other personal characteristic
- Unwanted sexual attention or advances
- Deliberate intimidation or threats
- Persistent contact after someone has asked you to stop
- Sharing or threatening to share another member's personal information without consent
Anyone who engages in harassment will be removed from the platform.
Focus on Goals
PactPodz is a goal-focused community. The platform is not for:
- Promoting products, services, or opportunities outside of The Board
- Recruiting members into multi-level marketing schemes or similar programs
- Political or ideological campaigning
- Content that is off-topic, promotional, or intended to distract from the purpose of the community
If you have something to offer professionally, The Board is the right place for it. Keep the feed and the sessions focused on the work.
Privacy Within the Community
What members share in sessions and in the community is shared in a context of trust. Do not share, screenshot, or republish anything another member has shared in a session, in a direct message, or in the community feed without their explicit permission.
Sessions are not recorded. Members may not record sessions under any circumstances.
Reporting
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, report it to info@pactpodz.com. Include as much detail as you can: what happened, when, and who was involved. All reports are reviewed. We take them seriously.
You will not face retaliation for making a good-faith report.
Enforcement
PactPodz reserves the right to take any action we determine is appropriate in response to a Code of Conduct violation, including a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal. We are not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for enforcement decisions.
Members removed for Code of Conduct violations are not entitled to a refund.
Consequences
Depending on the severity and context of a violation, consequences may include:
- A direct warning from PactPodz
- Temporary suspension from sessions or community features
- Permanent removal from the platform
Repeat violations or severe single incidents will result in permanent removal. There is no fixed number of warnings. We use judgment based on the situation.
