Five minutes of individual reflection, then three rounds of structured sharing: wins and losses from yesterday, your Daily Commitments for today, and your North Star Goal and Daily Affirmation. The app handles all timing and transitions. Nobody facilitates. You just show up.

Planning and Reflection

Up to 90 sec/person

Round 1: Wins Since Last Session and Losses Since Last Session

Each person takes up to 90 seconds. What moved yesterday, what didn't. No explaining, no justifying. Example: 'Win: shipped the landing page. Loss: didn't make the sales call I said I would.'

Up to 60 sec/person

Round 2: Daily Commitments

Each person takes up to 60 seconds to state one to three things they are committing to getting done today. Example: 'Send the proposal, finish the outline, follow up with three leads.'

30 sec/person

Round 3: North Star Goal and Daily Affirmation

Each person takes 30 seconds. The big thing they are building toward, then one true thing they believe about themselves said out loud. Example: 'My North Star is building a business that gives me full freedom. I am someone who follows through.'
